Thais is a hospitality and sustainability manager, working as a Project Manager for over 10 years and currently working as a Project Leader in Innovation. He is also a Researcher in Knowledge Management and Collaboration, exploring a range of interconnected study areas in Complex Systems, Sharing Economy and Smart Cities, Collaborative Project Management and Sustainability (SDGs).
A proud Brazilian, Thais has also experienced working in many international and multicultural environments as he has lived in Denmark, Spain and the Netherlands.
His passion is to be outdoors and in close contact with nature, as he also has training in the Leave No Trace and GSTC programs as a leader for outdoor experiences.
He's had some unforgettable experiences having worked for the Green Passport Campaign of the UNEP Program in 2014 and for the Olympic Torch Relay in 2016. He's dedicated lots of his time in developing and promoting both Adventure Travel and Ecotourism and Community Based Tourism all around Brazil.
